Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping (United States) We offer the following shipping options at checkout:

  • Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days)

Free standard shipping is available on orders over $44

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Packaging All perfume oils are carefully packaged to prevent leakage and breakage during transit. Orders containing glass bottles are wrapped securely to ensure safe delivery.

Lost or Stolen Packages Upscents is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at [your email address] within 7 days and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Incorrect Address Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Upscents is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address. International Shipping At this time, we do not ship internationally. If we do ship to your country, please note that customs fees, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping rates.
